1- Connecting the Dots

After all these years…

I honestly think I’ve finally cracked the code. 🙌🏼

For years I believed the answer was simply eating less, exercising more and finding the next fix. I don’t regret the journey as this is how we learn and fix things along the way, right?!?

Now I realize so many of the things we think are “just getting older” or “bad genetics” can actually be connected.

  • Stubborn weight that won’t budge
  • Constant cravings
  • Brain fog
  • Low energy
  • Poor sleep
  • Waking up exhausted
  • Sleep apnea
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Skin tags
  • Swelling (oh my lovely kenkels 😉)
  • Fatty liver
  • Hormone imbalances
  • PCOS
  • Mood swings (sorry Axel 😁)
  • Feeling hungry/HANGRY all the time

Sound familiar?

Over the past several months I’ve been diving into the science of metabolism, hormone health, gut health, inflammation, and the incredible compounds found in certain plant-based ingredients.

What fascinates me is that these natural compounds have been studied for their ability to support:

  • Healthy blood sugar balance
  • Healthy hormone function
  • Better gut health
  • Healthy cholesterol levels
  • Healthy blood pressure
  • Better circulation
  • Brain health and mental clarity
  • Liver health
  • Satiety (feeling full longer)
  • Natural energy without the crash
  • Better sleep and recovery

The more I learn, the more everything starts connecting.

I’m not interested in another fad diet or another quick fix.

I’m interested in understanding why our bodies start sending us these signals in the first place and what we can do to support them naturally.

I’ve been putting everything I’m learning into practice myself, and I’m honestly amazed by what I’m experiencing. Actually, n o w I am, I dismissed a very important part which I thought would be bad for women, but guess what, I was wrong…

I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned in simple, easy-to-understand posts. My hope is that someone who has been struggling for years finally starts connecting the dots.

Because maybe your body isn’t working against you.

Maybe it’s been asking for support all along.

Please know that I’m always here for you!
