Lemon essential oil

Lemon bottle

Lemon Essential Oil from Young Living is definitely a well used oil around my home. There are so many uses for this one bottle of oil! Lemon not only smells refreshing and clean it is invigorating and stimulating to the mind and can be used as a supplement. You can add it to a capsule and dilute or take it with your food or in a beverage.

Benefits of Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon essential oil is a powerful oil that contains d-limonene which is a great supporter of overall wellness including cellular health. I like to add a drop of lemon vitality oil to my drinking water just to add some flavor. Now oil and water, of course do not mix. The oil flavor may last through another refill. I only use glass water bottles because essential oils will eat through plastics and styrofoam, as they do what they do best eating away at petrochemicals.

Lemon essential oil is also beneficial for supporting our immune system, which is our overall wellness body system. It can also support the mind when stress or tensions arise from everyday issues that come up, so may help reduce anxiousness. It can also help increase focus and concentration.

Lemon essential oil comes in the Premium Starter Kit as part of the Everyday Oils Collection. Definitely an oil I use everyday!
